IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE NEW REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR 2012-2013

Dear Parents,

You may have received a phone call from the SFPS School Messenger telling you about registration for your child next year. SFPS has decided to have a centralized registration for the 2012-13 and Turquoise Trail will be included in this process. The new registration process will be for all entering kindergarten students and students who will be entering First Grade and have never attended Turquoise Trail or other SFPS before.

Parents can complete the pre-registration information online at www.sfps.info prior to actual registration at 610 Alta Vista St. Computers will be available for registration dates listed below, and staff will be available to assist parents with registration in English and Spanish.

Wednesday	March 28	12-7pm
Thursday	March 29	12-7pm
Friday	March 30	3-7pm
Saturday	March 31	10-3pm
Sunday	April 1	12-4pm
Monday	April 2	12-7pm
Tuesday	April 3	12-7pm

You will need the following to register your child for Turquoise Trail:

1. Your child being registered

2. Your child's original birth certificate

3. Your child's current immunization record

4. Your child's name must appear on the Turquoise Trail Charter School list

Registration for all other Turquoise Trail Charter School students is scheduled for April 16-April 27, including Saturday, April 21, 2012, at the Santa Fe Outlet Mall.

Thank you for taking the time to register your child now for school next year. This will save time and help us have a smooth start for school in August.
