Illness

If a child becomes ill during ASP hours the staff will notify a parent, if the parent is not available the emergency contacts will be notified.

Medication

ASP staff must be notified of any medication needs. Written instructions are required. Please DO NOT put any medication in a child’s back pack. The nurse is not available during ASP hours.

Electronics and Toys

Video games, I Pods, DVD players, and cell phones are NOT ALLOWED at ASP. These items will be taken away and returned to parents at the end of the day. Any balls or toys brought to ASP must be labeled. The ASP is not responsible for broken or lost toys.

Lost and Found

Any items left at ASP will be placed on the lost and found rack between the library and the gym entrance. Please label all your child’s coats, back packs, and notebooks.
