Girl Scouts
Help Girl Scout Troop 79 by donating new to gently used coats, hats, scarves, gloves and sleeping bags for the Santa Fe Youth Shelter. Please place your donated items in the box in the front lobby of our school before January 31.
Helping the Santa Fe Youth Shelter is a year long service project of Girl Scout Troop 79. Thank you for helping us help others this year.

Birthday Reminder
Parents, please remember that according to our school wellness policy we have requested that you NOT send cake, cupcakes and other sweet treats to school for birthday celebrations. The school wellness policy requires that only healthy snacks be sent to school for children to eat during the school day. At Turquoise Trail, we acknowledge each child’s birthday with an announcement and birthday ribbon. An alternate idea is to donate a book to the classroom of school library in your child’s honor. Thank you for your support.
School Lost and Found
The Lost and Found at school is overflowing with sweaters, jackets, coats, gloves and hats. Please come check it out if your child has lost clothing or other items. It is helpful to get lost items back to children if their names are written on the inside of the clothing. Thank you for your help.
