Floyd J. Trujillo, a native Santa Fean, is an Information Technology Consultant, and partner in the consulting firm Malo Designs. Floyd's involvement with Turquoise Trail Charter School began in 1997 when his son Alexander started Kindergarten. Floyd was involved in the first renewal of the school's charter and served as a member of the Governance Council. He also served as President of the Governance Council from 2000 - 2003. Floyd is a parent member (his son Eric is in 2nd grade) and is currently the Treasurer of the Governance Council as well as President of the TTCS Foundation, the school's fundraising organization. Floyd is committed to the charter school movement, and strongly believes that parent involvement in schools is necessary to ensure that our children receive the best education possible.
